Sally-01 my dwarf hamster let me stroke her back/head for the first time whilst facing me and fully aware that I was doing just that. Been building up my rapport with her all this while. Usually she and Muffin (other one) would flee the scene where my hand is about to approach. Of late she knows I am her food giver, tissue/toilet paper giver for nest and overall love and care. I"m so happy I can finally have her approval for le touche!
